The Value of Brand Maintenance
The advantage of a long-term cooperation with a branding client is, that we, as a design partner, get to grow with it and see it adjust and develop. Once the freshly developed brand has entered the market wearing its carefully tailored outfit, it undergoes constant, real-life testing. After a while it becomes clear what works and what doesn’t – new requirements emerge, new marketing tools are needed, others become obsolete, new sub-brands are created.
Forward-thinking companies do not overlook these changes, and actively – and constantly – adjust their brand and keep it relevant.
Our long-term client “Lackwerke Peters”, a producer of special lacquers for electronics, is a good example of such company. Four years ago, we performed a full rebranding for the company inducing Visual Identity, Website, Key Visuals, Marketing Materials, Exhibition Booth, as well as the design of a Brand book which became the main tool for the brand implementation.
Over the years, the company, brand and market changed and adjusted and the current status had to be consolidated for effective marketing and brand communication.
JungleFish updated the brand book and design templates. The content nearly doubled which required a complete restructuring. As a result, all visual and verbal communication are now well-defined and represented in new issue.
